Q1: What flooring styles does LUSSO D'ARTE offer? Can herringbone and chevron patterns be customized?
A: Available wood species include oak, black walnut, teak and wenge, with full birch multi-layer, pure three-layer and solid wood structures. We also provide high-end custom jade and copper inlay. Finishes such as smoking, hammered relief and chemical color washing are customizable as our signature high-end custom product line.
Q2: Is LUSSO D'ARTE flooring domestic or imported?
A: LUSSO D'ARTE has China headquarters plus self-owned factory in Thailand (commissioned in 2025). We select global raw timber and follow European manufacturing standards to deliver premium craftsmanship and stable shipment. Samples are available for viewing in domestic showrooms.
Q3: What is the production lead time for parquet flooring? What are the waste rate and MOQ?
A: Lead time for standard parquet is about 30 days; special craftsmanship parquet about 45 days; high-end custom jade & copper inlaid parquet about 55 days. Waste rate for normal straight flooring is 3%-5%; for herringbone /chevron custom parquet 8%-10%. MOQ is 200㎡. Terms for special custom designs can be discussed separately.
Q4: Can LUSSO D'ARTE flooring be used with underfloor heating?
A: Stable options including engineered wood, pure three-layer flooring and teak are compatible with water underfloor heating. Heating rules must be followed: increase temperature gradually, floor surface temperature shall not exceed 28℃. The moisture content and flatness of the subfloor must meet standards before installation. High-temperature baking by electric underfloor heating is not recommended.
Q5: How to maintain LUSSO D'ARTE flooring daily? Can I use a steam mop?
A: Steam mops and heavy water rinsing are prohibited. For daily cleaning, wipe with a slightly damp mop and neutral cleaner. Fit anti-slip pads under furniture to prevent scratches from dragging hard items. Keep indoor humidity at 45%-60% to reduce floor expansion and contraction. The skin-touch paint surface is stain-resistant and allows minor scratch thermal repair.
